In addition to the laboratory test announced in the regular 24 hours notification update additional 41 laboratory tests had been conducted, of which four (4) people have been confirmed positive for COVID-19 in Amhara Region and the total cases confirmed positive for COVID-19 within 24 hours are Thirty-Four (34). The total confirmed cases as of today are Four-Hundred-Thirty-Three (433). All of the confirmed cases are male Ethiopians and their age ranges from 29 to 97 years. The sources of exposure of one of the cases is a travel history while the remaining three have no travel history and their contact with a confirmed case is under investigation. The residence of two of the cases is Western Gondar and the remaining two are from Central Gondar and Gondar City.
